Image of Adam Learner, L.AC.Adam Learner received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colby College, and later received his Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) from the New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest acupuncture school in the U.S. He is licensed and board-certified to practice acupuncture in both MA and NH, and is one of only a handful of people who are board-certified to practice Herbal Medicine in the state of New Hampshire.

His style of treatment has been deeply influenced by his apprenticeship with master herbalist Dr. Tao Xie, MD (China) L.Ac., from whom he learned powerful modern and classical strategies for treating many acute and chronic conditions, with a special emphasis on women's health issues and infertility. He is grateful for the opportunity to have studied herbal medicine under Dr. Tao, as such opportunities are extremely rare outside of China.  Additionally, Adam has studied advanced techniques for treating infertility with Randine Lewis, author of The Infertility Cure: The Ancient Chinese Wellness Program for Getting Pregnant and Having Healthy Babies.  He is a professional member of RESOLVE, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.  An accomplished speaker, he is regularly invited to give lectures on acupuncture and Chinese medicine at local hospitals, universities, and nursing schools.

Image of Betsy Learner, L.AC. Betsy Campbell Learner received her undergraduate degree from Colby College, and also received a Master of Acupuncture (M.Ac.) from the New England School of Acupuncture. She is licensed and board-certified to practice acupuncture in both MA and NH. Betsy has special interest in treating women's health issues and infertility; pursuing this interest initially led her to treat patients at Mount Auburn Hospital's Center for Women.

Betsy's gentle brand of acupuncture draws equally from both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Japanese styles of Meridian Therapy and the pioneering work of Dr. Yoshio Manaka. Her training in these distinctly different styles allows her to design comfortable effective treatments to suit the individual needs of all her patients. She puts great emphasis on the special home therapy protocols (or "homework") that she regularly prescribes for her patients.

Image of José Ruiz, L.AC.José Ruiz graduated from the New England School of Acupuncture with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM). During the last year of his graduate studies, he began an advanced herbal apprenticeship with master herbalist Dr. Tao Xie (MD, China). Through this apprenticeship, José has treated a variety of complex conditions, with a special focus on women's issues and infertility.

He has pursued advanced training with well-known fertility expert Randine Lewis and works very closely with an area fertility clinic. A professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, he is very experienced and comfortable treating patients undergoing IUI and IVF procedures and believes that acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine can significantly increase the success rates of these procedures.
